楊竣淘2019年於英國伯明翰大學戲劇系本科畢業。其畢業作品《ASIAN vs. AS.I.AM》跨媒體獨角戲探究西方對華人的宗族歧視。楊氏亦憑此作品在戲劇實踐項目中獲得一級榮譽及歷來最高總分。

在校音樂劇作品包括《⻘春的覺醒》、《吉屋出租》、《髮膠明星夢》及《達格納姆製造》。楊氏亦曾擔任大學無伴奏合唱組合 One Note Stand 音樂總監。

在學期間,楊氏亦同時在香港創立蛋炸饅頭劇場 XTRAMENTAL。自編自導作品包括:康民署新能量計劃《回憶升降機》音樂劇、藝發局新苗資助計劃《係邊個盜?》遊戲化互動劇場、《DSE 奪夢追星》音樂劇、《32 Seconds of Ecstasy》無伴奏合唱形體劇場、《尋日》舞蹈微電影、《LIE - 面》形體荒誕劇等等。楊氏以作曲和填詞身分在音樂劇作《空白頁》展演了《畢加索的「格爾尼卡」》,亦以畫家身分在 Fine Art Asia 呈現繪畫系列《because of you… i discovered who i am》。

楊氏回港後曾參演香港話劇團《錦繡良緣》音樂劇(演出取消)、劇場空間《太雛有道》音樂劇、《夢綣塘西》音樂劇、音樂劇作《幸福窮日子》音樂劇、誇啦啦藝術集匯《鬥智》、Rhythm and Tempo《踢踏筆記》踢躂舞表演、葉氏兒童合唱團《愛麗絲夢遊仙境》歌劇、09舞蹈劇場《聚散》現代舞表演、Folded Paper Dance and Theatre《聲軀》跨媒體表演。

Chun To graduated from University of Birmingham in 2019, majoring in Drama and Theatre Arts with an Excellent First Class grade for his Practical Project in Drama: ‘ASIAN vs. AS.I.AM’ (2019), looking at the institutional racism of Asian representation in Western culture, receiving the highest score that has ever been awarded by the department since establishment.

Chun To founded XTRAMENTAL, and has written, directed and choreographed pieces such as:
- LCSD New Energy Series 'Elevator of Memories' - Cantonese musical about revisiting memories to resolve past conflicts
- ADC Emerging Artist Scheme 'Light Talks' - an interactive gamified performance where the audience try to prevent the crime of an art gallery heist that is about to happen
- 'Chasing Stars' - Cantonese musical about the DSE curriculum, dreams and choice
- 'How I Cracked Singing' in collaboration with Yip's Children's Choir - English musical about change in voice for teenage boys
- '32 Seconds of Ecstasy' - a cappella and physical theatre show exploring what is happiness
- 'Where There is No Darkness' - dance film based on the world-building of ‘1984’
- 'Hello To My Hollow Heart' - short plays about human indifference
- 'Mind, and Hours' - concert of original songs about Hong Kong

His musical theatre performance credits include: ‘Fiddler on the Roof’ (HKREP), ‘Godspell’, ‘Westside Twirling Dream’ (Theatre Space), ‘Our Poor Happy Life’ (Musical Trio), ‘Spring Awakening’, ‘Rent’, ‘Made in Dagenham’ (University of Birmingham), etc.
